Ingredients: (Check steps for quantity)
- Arhar Dal
- Haldi Powder
- Salt
- Water
- Ghee
- Hing Powder
- Jeera
- Onion
- Green Chillies
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Red chillies
- Tomatoes
- Dhaniya Powder
- Oil
- Rice

Let's jump into the steps of making these yummy and delicious recipes:
Dal Tadka / Dal Fry Recipe:
- Take 2 Cups washed Arhar Dal in a Cooker
- Add 1 tsp Haldi Powder
- Add Salt (as per taste)
- Add 2 Cups of Water (Based on Arhar Dal Quantity)
- Cover the Cooker
- Let the Whistle blow for 2 whistles (lower the flame)
- Let the whistle blow more 1-2 time on low flame
- Keep the Cooker aside
- Take 2-3 tsp Ghee in another container
- Add 1 tsp Hing Powder
- Add 1 tsp Jeera
- Mix well
- Add 1-2 chopped Onion
- Add 1-2 chopped Green Chillies
- Add 3-4 pieces of chopped garlic
- Add chopped Ginger as shown in video
- Mix well
- Add 3-4 dry red chillies
- Add 3-4 chopped tomatoes (Mix well and fry for 5 minutes)
- Add 1 tsp Dhaniya Powder
- Add 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
- Mix well on low medium flame
- Add Dal in this container made in step 8 (Mix well)

Jeera Rice Recipe:
- Take 4-5 cups water in a container
- Add 2 tsp oil in this water and let it boil
- Add salt (as per taste)
- Add soaked rice (3 cups)
- Let it boil for 5-10 minutes
- Rice is ready. Keep this container aside
- Take 2-3 tsp Ghee in another container
- Take 2 tsp jeera
- Add dry chillies and dry masala as shown in video
- Mix well
- Add rice made in step 6
- Mix well
- Add 2 chopped green chilli and mix well
- Add chopped Dhaniya for rice to look good
- Serve Jeera Rice with Dal Tadka
