STEPS TO MAKE CRISPY NACHOS AT HOME with NACHOS CHAAT MASALA:
1. Put WATER in a Container
2. Add JEERA
3. Add OIL
4. Add SALT
5. Add BLACK PEPPER
6. Add FOOD COLOR (OPTIONAL)
7. BOIL for 30 seconds to 1 minute
8. Add RICE FLOUR
9. MIX WELL
10. Put in a Container
11. Make a SOFT DOUGH as shown in the Video
