- 4-5 tbsp of oil
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds (rayee)
- 2 qty chopped onion
- 2-3 green chillies
- curry leaves
- potato pieces of 1 qty potato
- 1 tbsp haldi
- 1 cup sengdana (groundnuts)
- salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp sugar and mix well
- 4-5 cups washed poha
- dhaniya (optional) to serve
Steps to make easy poha recipe: - Take 4-5 tbsp of oil in a container - Add 2 tbsp mustard seeds (rayee) - Add 2 qty chopped onion - mix well as shown in video - Add 2-3 green chillies - Add curry leaves - Add potato pieces of 1 qty potato - mix well - Add 1 tbsp haldi - Add 1 cup sengdana (groundnuts) - Add salt as per taste - Add 1 tbsp sugar and mix well - Cover for 5 minutes - Add 4-5 cups washed poha - Mix well - Add dhaniya (optional) to serve Easy Poha Recipe is ready to be served :)
