Let's jump into the ingredients to make Patoli sweet recipe:
  1. 1 cup Rice Flour
  2. salty warm water
  3. Ghee
  4. 1 cup Grated Coconut
  5. 1/2 cup Jaggery (Gur)
  6. Cardamom Essence or Elaichi powder
  7. Turmeric leaf (Haldi leaf) 5-8 Qty

Steps to make Patoli sweet recipe:
  1. Take 1 cup Rice Flour in a bowl
  2. Add salty warm water
  3. Make a soft dough and keep aside as shown in video
  4. Take 2-3 tsp Ghee in a container on medium flame
  5. Add 1 cup Grated Coconut
  6. Add 1/2 cup Jaggery (Gur)
  7. Mix well
  8. Add Cardamom Essence (1 tsp) or Elaichi powder
  9. Stuffing is ready
  10. Take small portions of dough from step #3
  11. Take Turmeric leaf (Haldi leaf) and spread ghee on it 
  12. Make thin layer of dough form step #10 on it as shown in video
  13. Put stuffing on this thin layer of dough
  14. Cover it with the other end of leaf as shown in video
  15. Repeat this step for all other Patoli
  16. Boil water to steam Patoli
  17. Steam Patoli for 5-10 min
Patoli Sweet is ready.
