Let's jump into the ingredients to make Patoli sweet recipe:
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- salty warm water
- Ghee
- 1 cup Grated Coconut
- 1/2 cup Jaggery (Gur)
- Cardamom Essence or Elaichi powder
- Turmeric leaf (Haldi leaf) 5-8 Qty

Steps to make Patoli sweet recipe:
- Take 1 cup Rice Flour in a bowl
- Add salty warm water
- Make a soft dough and keep aside as shown in video
- Take 2-3 tsp Ghee in a container on medium flame
- Add 1 cup Grated Coconut
- Add 1/2 cup Jaggery (Gur)
- Mix well
- Add Cardamom Essence (1 tsp) or Elaichi powder
- Stuffing is ready
- Take small portions of dough from step #3
- Take Turmeric leaf (Haldi leaf) and spread ghee on it
- Make thin layer of dough form step #10 on it as shown in video
- Put stuffing on this thin layer of dough
- Cover it with the other end of leaf as shown in video
- Repeat this step for all other Patoli
- Boil water to steam Patoli
- Steam Patoli for 5-10 min
Patoli Sweet is ready.
