Let's jump into the ingredients to make eggless banana cake recipe without oven:
  1. 2 qty Bananas
  2. 1 cup Sugar
  3. 1/2 cup Curd (Dahi)
  4. 1/2 cup Oil
  5. 1 Big Cup Wheat Flour
  6. 1 tsp Vanilla Essence & Cardamom Essence (Optional)
  7. Dates pieces
  8. Butter paper
  9. Dry fruits & choco chips (Optional)

Steps to make eggless banana cake recipe without oven:
  1. Peel off Bananas
  2. Break them into pieces and put in grinding jar
  3. Add 1 cup Sugar
  4. Add 1/2 cup Curd (Dahi)
  5. Add 1/2 cup Oil
  6. Grind well
  7. Put in container
  8. Add 1 Big Cup Wheat Flour as shown in video
  9. Mix well. It should not have any lumps in cake batter
  10. Add 1 tsp Vanilla Essence & Cardamom Essence
  11. Add some Dates pieces
  12. Brush oil in a container
  13. Use paper (preferably butter paper) as base
  14. Transfer the batter in this container
  15. Add some dry fruits & choco chips as optional
  16. Pre heat cooker for 5 min on high flame (without whistle)
  17. Add a stand and place our container having cake batter
  18. Bake for 45-50 min without cooker whistle
